• A business entity working without a valid license shall be punished with imprisonment, a fine, or both.
• The imprisonment may be up to one year, and the fine can be Rs.25000.
• The punishment may be exact if the PSARA license is not renewed after expiration.
• If the private security guard or supervisor wears a uniform that is unauthorised by the Act shall be punished with imprisonment or a fine of Rs.5000
