An Overview of PSARA License in Ladakh

PSARA license and renewal are mandatory for private security agencies these days. If any person or security agency is found working without a valid PSARA License or license renewal, they shall be punished. The security of the country is the duty of the government; a PSARA license and its time-to-time renewal will help the government to control and regulate the activities of the PSA and also helps to stop the illegal activities running in the name of private security agencies. A suspension or cancellation of a PSARA License is a check by the government on the private security service providers to handle them effectively.

Advantages of PSARA license in Ladakh

  • By obtaining a licence, the private security organisation acts in the same manner as a trade union. Thereby exercising its rights to secure its interests which are not possible in the absence of a licence.
