Personal Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA) that instituted in 2005 by the Indian authority to limit security firms.   • The security officer must provide a certificate about his conduct.
  • The person applying for licenses should not be disqualified from any government service.

The process involved in obtaining a PSARA license in Madhya Pradesh

Qualifying Documents

Collecting all the qualifying Documents such as PAN card, TAN Number, and GST and verification of every Document before applying for the license.

MOU with a training institute

Signing an MOU with a training institute that provides training to the security guards and supervisors.

Police verification

Form -1, i.e. all the details of the security agency, should be filed before the respective police authority for verification.

Application Submission

The PSARA application is will be processed only after receiving the NOC from the respective police authority. The PSA authority, based on the report, may either approve or reject the license.

Validity of PSARA license in Madhya Pradesh

Once the application is accepted, the license is provided and it is valid for a period of one year later. It is to be renewed for another five years before its expiry.
