• Punished by any competent court for an offence and punished with the imprisonment of not less than two years; or
• Keeping illegal connections with any organization or association which is banned under any law on account of their activities which pose a threat to national security or public order or
• Barred or dismissed from government service on the grounds of misconduct.

Validity of PSARA license in Manipur
