• A person with three years of experience in defence services shall be given preference in the security officer role, and also, to oversee them, a supervisor must be appointed.

• The agency's employees should follow the prescribed dress code under the PSARA.
• As per the PSARA, an applicant who is not registered in India or is not a proprietor cannot get the license. Moreover, ad FDI investment is not allowed in a private security agency.
