As per the latest changes, businesses with a turnover of over INR 50 crore are required to get a central license. The threshold has moved from the previous INR 20 crore. For example, if you're a business with INR 30 crore, then you will have to move down to a state license when the authority starts the migration through their system.

The process is very simple- just follow the steps: Log in to the FoSCoS with your credentials. Followed by clicking on the modification & modification in license/registration. Update your details and pay the fees. Submit the application and wait for the review by the authority. Take our word and let us handle the hassle- so you can focus on the core business operations.

No. There are no upfront fees for migration or transition. However, you may have to pay the difference, given that the central permit cost is higher than the state one. For example, if you were to migrate from a central permit to a state, but already paid the license fees, now in this case, you won't receive any refund, and the amount will be adjusted for future payments.

No, your license ID won't change just because you transition from a state license to a central permit due to a change in the thresholds.
