Organise the documents
The initial step in obtaining a PSARA License is to identify and collect all the essential documents such as PAN Card, TAN, GST Registration and Registration under the Shops and of each director or shareholder. Grant of PSARA License
Once the NOC from the police authority is submitted to the concerned officer of PSARA, after getting the report, the officer will examine the application and grant or reject the license.
Validity and renewal of PSARA license in Jammu and Kashmir
The valid license starts after issuing the application and is valid for five years. The renewal can be done 45 days before its expiry.
