Validity and renewal of PSARA license in Sikkim
Once the organisation gets the license, it is valid for a time limit of 5 years. Application for the PSARA license renewal shall be made to the controlling authority. It must be made prior to 45 days of the expiry of the validity period. The controlling authority has to pass an order regarding the PSARA License renewal within 30 days of receiving the Renewal application.
