6. A latest Municipal Property Tax Receipt in case the premises are owned, else lease document or consent letter of the property owner where the business is registered;
7. No Objection Certificate of the neighbours (nearby property owners);
8. Certified layout plan of the office.

Procedure for Obtaining Trade License

In Telangana, the applicants must follow the following steps to apply for Trade License Telangana by submitting the application online:

1. First, the applicant must visit the Licensing Department within a specific municipal limit.
2. Then, the applicant needs to fill out the application form with relevant details without any errors. Provide the following information in the application form:

• Details of new or fresh Trade License;
• Address details of the applicant;
• Alternate owner details;
• Type of License.

3. The applicant must submit the application in the prescribed format to the respective operator with all the relevant documents.
4. After applying for the License, the applicant has to attach the documents with the application form and then make the prescribed fees for the registration of the Trade License.
5. Upon submission, the applicant will get a transaction number to the registered mobile no. and email id informing the details regarding registration. The application for Trade License has to make a note on the transaction id to check the status of the application online at the website.
6. If the authority is satisfied with the application and documents, then they will issue the Trade License.

The Trade License details will be updated on the official website of the state's records. You need to visit the website and enter the Certificate Number along with the image text shown. Then, click on the submit button. Finally, the Trade License is generated and it can be downloaded.
