The Government has recently given relaxation with regard to Company name reservation.
Ministry of Corporate Affairs has recently introduced the Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2020. This shall be brought into effect on the date of its publication in the official Gazette i.e. 24th December 2020. As per this regulation, the date for Company name reservation can be extended in 2020.
