On 03rd March 2023, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) issued to notification in regard to further amend the previously issued notification under the authorisation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017-Customs issued on 30th June 2017, concerning prescribed effective rates of customs duty and IGST for Goods imported into India.
The following amendment is henceforth to be deemed effective –
- After Section 20A and the entries relating thereto, Section No. 20B Tur Whole and entries are to be inserted.
- Against Section 21, in Column (3), for the entry, the entry “Tur (other than TurWhole)” is to be substituted.
