On 23rd March 2023, the Ministry of Cooperation issued a notification in regard to the amendment of the Second Schedule of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.
The following amendments have been stated –
- In the Second Schedule to the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act, 2002, after serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be inserted, namely: –
