The Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Committee issued a notification; Order Number -196-JKPCC of 2022, in regard to the modification of Processing Online Cases of Health Care Facilities for Consent and Authorisation in accordance with the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules on 04th August 2022.
The Committee has issued a partial modification to the previously issued Order 156-JKPCC of 2021, dated 23rd September 2021, with the main focus on revising the Check List for Online Cases of Health Care Facilities (HCFs) in Jammu and Kashmir for the purpose of processing the “Consent to Establish (Fresh)”/”Consent to Establish (Renewal)” and “Consent to Operate (Fresh)”/”Consent to Operate (Renewal)” that is to be apprehended for immediate implementation and compliance.
