On 05th January 2023, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a Statutory Authority established under the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, issued the Notice for Invitation of Public Comments for the Draft of the Manual Method and Guidelines Approved by the Scientific Panel on Methods of Sampling & Analysis in its 38th & 39th meeting held on 20th September 2022 and 23rd November 2022, in regard to the following –
- Revised Manual of Methods of Analysis of Foods Fish and Fish Products
- Method for Detection of Maize Starch in Tapioca Sago
- General Guidelines on Sampling for Microbiological Analysis – Ayurveda Aahara products & Food Grain Products
