FSSAI Directs Restaurants with 10+ chains to mention Calorific Value & Allergens
The COVID-19 has deeply impacted the F&B industry. The rising health concerns have caused restaurants to struggle to get back their lost customers. Only with safety measures, they can gradually adapt to the new normal.
In order to ensure that the customers get safe and wholesome meals, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has now decided to introduce a new regulation, wherein the restaurants having FSSAI registration and running above 10 chains.
