In reference to the prior Notification No. 31 issued on 08th September 2022, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce, issued Notification No. 34 on 20th September 2022, extending the Period of Exporting of Broken Rice from 15th September 2022 to 30th September 2022.
The Central government of India, through the exercise of powers conferred in Section 3, is to be read with Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) as amended and read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, extended the import of Broken Rice (HS Code1006 40 00). All other conditions stated in the prior issued Notification are still deemed effective.
