On 05th April 2023, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) issued a notification regarding the Procedure to be followed for subsequent applicants regarding FDCE declared as rational by Prof. Kokate Committee and approved by DCG.
This is a follow-up to the even-numbered office letter from 2nd June 2023, which includes numerous FDCs about getting manufacturing licenses directly from state licensing authorities attached to the document. The Sr. nos. 1326, 1332, 1353, 1357, and 1387 have a specific typographical error, and as a result, the list that replaces the preceding list has been updated on the COSCO website.
