Step 4: After clicking on the ‘Meeseva services’ option, a page will open with all the services that are provided under the Meeseva. The categories of employment, election, agriculture, etc., will be viewed.

Step 5: There will be a registration option. You have to select the registration option, and under that option, you will also find the Encumbrance certificate.

·Step 6: The page with the link for downloading the application for the certificate will appear on the screen. Download the application for the certificate.

·Step 8: After filling out the form, the applicant can visit the Meeseva office near to the area in which they work or live.
