Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has found 29 food corporations are not complying with the labelling rules for coffee-chicory mixes.
Recently, FSSAI has examined the labels of different food business operators (FBOs). This included large and mid-sized companies that manufacture coffee-chicory mixtures to check whether they are compliant with the regulatory provisions.
