On 23rd November 2022, the Department for Promotion of industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), under the authorisation of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, issued a Press Release launching the call for submission of startup applications to be registered under the MAARG Portal, which is a National Mentorship Platform established by Startup India.
For the purpose of further boosting the Indian Startup ecosystem, in which India is currently ranked as the 3rd largest globally, Startup India focuses on catalysing the startup culture and to help build a strong and inclusive ecosystem that promotes innovation and entrepreneurship in India.
