COVID-19: MCA Relieved Date of Holding AGM for the Companies

Recently on 21^st April, 2020 Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) issued the circular for companies under which authority provided the ease of holding AGM (Annual General Meeting) due to the outbreak of COVID-19.
