• Every employer who hires 10 or more than 10 workers in any building or other construction work in Haryana must obtain BOCW Haryana Registration Certificate within 60 days from the date of commencement;
• In case of offline mode, Form-XII is required;
• Challan copy as per the number of workers;
• The employer can also apply for the Registration of establishment online.

Vital Documents Required for BOCW Registration in Haryana

1. Age Proof;
2. Aadhar Proof;
3. Residence proof;
4. Detail of the bank account such as IFSC or RTGS no., Account No., and Bank Branch);
5. Details of dependents & employer's certificate of working for 90 days as a construction worker or labourer and nomination form.

BOCW Haryana Registration Procedure

You can follow these steps to complete the Registration procedure and get the Registration Certificate:

1. An employer needs to register first at the official portal of the BOCW. To register, you need to create a login id using a valid email id. Once you create the login id, you will get all the credentials at your registered email id and mobile number.
2. After that, you need to fill in all the vital information of the establishment, such as an address, employer or occupier details, worker details, construction details and declaration are needed.
3. All the vital Documents must be arranged in the given format & size needed to attach to the application form.
4. Then you need to pay the fees of the application and you can pay the fee online or offline as per your convenience.
5. The certificate is issued if the application and Documents are as per the prescribed norms & guidelines.

Reason for the cancellation or revocation of the Registration Certificate

In case the registering officer is undoubtedly confirmed that the Registration has been acquired by suppression of any material fact/misrepresentation or the provisions of the Act are not obeyed with either on a reference being made to him on their behalf or otherwise, in respect with any work that is carried by such organisation or for any other reason the Registration becomes useless/ineffective, and for that reason, it requires to be revoked or cancelled, then in such situation, he or she may give an opportunity to the employer to be heard, revoke the Registration.

Penalty or Punishment Charged for the Violation of the Provision of the Act

• If an employer doesn't give notice of the commencement of the building or other construction work, then the employer is liable for imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 months or along with a fine which may be extended up to Rs. 2,000/- or with both.
• Whoever perceptively rejects to submit any Document on being asked by the inspector in pursuance of this Act/refuses/attempts to stop or does anything to believe that he or she is trying to prevent any individual from being inspected and prevents the inspector from acting in pursuance of their duty under this Act will be punishable for 3 months of jail or with a fine of Rs. 1,000/- or with both.
• Whoever disturbs an inspector at the time of discharge of their duty or neglects/refuses to support the inspector with any logical facility for making any inspection, investigation, examination, inquiry as sanctioned by/under the Act in reference to an organisation shall be punishable with imprisonment for a period which may be extended to 3 months or fine which may extend to Rs. 1,000/- or with both.
