The goodwill generated after the Joint use of Trademark by joint\nowners can also not have the control of a single party or entity. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complete\nDissolution of Trademark<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When there is\ncomplete Dissolution of Joint Ownership of Trademark, then any of the single\nparty or entity cannot claim for complete ownership of the jointly registered\nTrademark. The rights associated with the Joint Ownership should be instantly\ndissolved and should not be available to a single user for usage. A\nsingle Trademark cannot have two origins. However, in this case, the defendant\nclaimed himself to be the rival of the plaintiff and the joint owner of the\nTrademark, which is not permissible under Indian Trademark Law.
