Thus, in this\narticle we shall discuss about the members who are listed as the Statutory\nRegisters as per the company law provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Is Statutory Registers As Per Company Law?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Statutory registers refer to the official records that companies are required to maintain as per company law.
