Notification, 2006, and OM issued by <strong>MoEF&amp;CC<\/strong><sup><a class=\"text-primary\" href=\"https:\/\/moef.gov.in\/en\/\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/sup> mandates the requirement\nof obtaining a certified compliance report for the consideration of expansion\nproposal for grant of EC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are the Major Points\nHighlighted In Certified Compliance Report<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Project Details<\/li><li>Site Inspection date and name of\nthe inspector<\/li><li>Status of the project<\/li><li>The site inspector reviews\nCompliance with EC conditions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Requirement_of_Certified_Compliance_Report_CCR\"><\/span>Requirement of Certified\nCompliance Report (CCR)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All projects or activities with valid <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/environmental-clearance\">Environment Clearance<\/a><\/strong> (EC), planning for expansion to their existing operations and extension in EC validity require a CCR from the Integrated Regional Office (IRO) of MoEF&amp;CC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:\n<\/strong>If the project is not under the purview of EC, no CCR will be\nrequired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Objectives_of_Submitting_Six_Monthly_Compliance_Reports\"><\/span>Objectives of Submitting Six Monthly\nCompliance Reports<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Regularly non-compliance and\nnegligence of the given timeline of submitting the compliance report for\nprevention and conservation of an environment.<\/li><li>To overcome the constraints and\nto make the compliance monitoring system more effective and robust, Ministry\nlaunched PARIVESH (Pro-Active Responsive facilitation by Interactive and\nVirtuous Environmental Single-window Hub) in August 2018, a single window portal\nfor online submission of Environmental, Forests, and Wildlife and Coastal\nRegulation Zone (CRZ) Clearances and Six monthly Compliance report.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Timeline_of_Certified_Compliance_Report_CCR\"><\/span>Timeline of Certified Compliance\nReport (CCR)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submission\nof a half-yearly compliance report which is also known as Post EC monitoring in\nrespect of general and specific conditions of EC order for the period of April\nto September on 1<sup>st<\/sup> December and October to March on 1<sup>st<\/sup>\nJune is required for obtaining CCR from Integrated Regional Office (IRO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Involvement_of_Concerned_Authorities\"><\/span>Involvement of Concerned\nAuthorities<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Member\nSecretary of the sectoral EAC requests the Ministry&#8217;s concerned Regional Office\n(RO) at the time of the issue of ToR for the said project.
