It includes Green building rating programmers, Green Building\nCertification services and green building training programmers. It provides an integrated\napproach to consider the life cycle impacts of the material\/resources used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration\nProcess<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proponent\ninterested in IGBC Project Certification first needs to get registered with\nIGBC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration\nis the first step in IGBC to get connected with the agency. After that, they provide\naccess to the required documents, templates, integral communications and other\nimportant information for registration. Once it is registered, the project\nproponent can start preparing documentation and calculations to ensure\ncompulsory and credit submission requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Documents_Needed_For_Certification\"><\/span>Documents Needed For Certification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nproject proponent is expected to submit the required documents at the\npreliminary stage and final stages of submission,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Filled template<\/li><li>Description of the project and\nsupporting documents, for example, drawings, calculations, declaration,\ncontract documents, purchase invoices, manufacturer sheet, letters, and test\nreport of materials etc., for every credit.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nproject documents are submitted in two phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Preliminary\nPhase<\/strong> \u2013 Submission of all documents. Later the\npreliminary submission will be reviewed by a third-party assessor who will\nshare the documents within 30 days.<\/li><li><strong>Final\nPhase<\/strong>\u2013 Submission of the clarification on the review\ngiven by the third party and then final submission.
