Fill in the form with the\nlegitimate details relating to the products, personal information, and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Post-form filing, the portal will\nprompt you to upload the mandatory documents as mentioned in the above section.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step\n3: Inspection <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the online submission of the\napplication, the respective Agricultural Marketing Adviser will initiate the\ninspection process. During vetting, the official will look out for any\nnon-conformity against standards penned down by the&nbsp; Directorate of Marketing and Inspection\n(DMI). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inspection may involve on-site\nvetting in which officials will thoroughly check the labs, processing units,\nand other resources for compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step\n4: Grant of registration <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If inspecting officials everything in\na complaint, from paperwork to available resources, they will recommend the\nauthority to provide the applicant with the <strong><em>certificate of authorization.<\/em><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note: The certificate shall remain\nvalid for 5 years. The applicant can renew the same before the three months of\nexpiration. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Key_enclosures_of_the_Certificate_of_Authorisation\"><\/span>Key enclosures of the Certificate of Authorisation <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The certificate of authorization\nenables the applicant to use the AGMARK logo on their agri-based products. The\ncertificate will highlight the following information: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The name and address concerning the\nauthorized packer;<\/li><li>The article for which the\ncertification has been granted;<\/li><li>The premises where the grade marking\nwill be carried out; <\/li><li>The validity of the certification <\/li><li>The name of certified labs<\/li><li>The name of the processing unit<\/li><li>Trade brand label to be used by the\napplicant <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"An_overview_of_the_AGMARK_labs\"><\/span>An overview of the AGMARK labs <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agmark certification is employed\nvia state-driven labs which are present pan India.&nbsp; There is one central lab located in Nagpur.\nThe rest of the labs that operate at the regional level are presently operating\nin 11 nodal cities, including New Delhi, Rajkot, Bhopal, Mumbai, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All certified labs are resourceful in\nterms of testing ability and manpower.
