The said act states the following that should not be\na part of a proposed name: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Union, State, Gandhi, Reserve Bank, Mortgage<\/li><li>Any word affirming sanction approval<\/li><li>Patronage of State or central government<\/li><li>Government names and emblems<\/li><li>Names that are legally prohibitive<\/li><li>Names that are unregistrable <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The two independent societies that have identical names cannot legally\nsustain for long. The concerned authority shall sooner or later prompt the\nsocieties for a name change and alter their MOA within the stipulated timeline.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong> The name change legalities have nothing to do with the rights and liabilities of the society. Even after the name change, society\u2019s constituency structure shall remain unchanged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>An Overview of the\nBye-Laws of Society<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Registrar shall not grant approval to the MoA if it lacks a copy of\nthe regulation as an annexure. Some common details to be\nenclosed in the form include the Society name and registration number,\nprevailing provisions, proposed provisions, etc.<\/li><li>Form VI is used to file\nthe annual or other returns with the respective RoF.&nbsp; The said form requires the applicant to\nenclose mandatory details such as Registration number, Date of AFM, Date of\nerstwhile AGM, Number of attendees in the AGM, auditor\u2019s information, etc. <\/li><li>Form III is used when\nany registered society wants approval from RoF to apply for the\ninspection\/extract of the document.
