appoint an\nAuthorised Representative, who shall be the contact person for the Inspection\nAuthorities at the time of Registration process, help in device approvals,\nvigilance adverse event reporting. Such Authorised Representative must have a <strong><em>Wholesale\nDrug License in Form 20B and 21B<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Filing Application<\/strong>:\nIn this step, the applicant, i.e., Manufacturer or Importer or Authorised\nRepresentative, must fill out the application form online for CDSCO\nRegistration for Pain Management Medical Devices.
