But if the work continues to remain in force for\nmore than 60 days, the applicability of the Act would come into effect. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Checklist_for_CLRA_Key_Points_to_Ponder\"><\/span><strong>Checklist for CLRA: Key Points to Ponder <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table table table-bordered\"><tbody><tr><td>\n  <strong><em>Principal Employer<\/em><\/strong>\n  <\/td><td>\n  <strong><em>Contractor<\/em><\/strong>\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Establishment&#8217;s\n  Registration certificate. The Principal employee must approach registering\n  officer to make changes to the license. \n  &nbsp;\n  <\/td><td>\n  A copy of the\n  contractor\u2019s license or renewed license.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  The annual return should\n  be filed in Form XXI.\n  <\/td><td>\n  Facilitation of slipes\n  enclosing information like wage, and attendance, including worker&#8217;s ID cards\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Filing of return:\n  completion of contract and starting.\n  <\/td><td>\n  Ensure that service\n  certificates (of workmen) are provided.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Notices concerning exact\n  wages, wage rate, working hours, wage tenure, wage payment dates, and\n  inspector\u2019s address. Notice copy must be shared with the inspector. \n  <\/td><td>\n  Half-yearly return to be\n  furnished to the licensing official. \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Upkeep the contractor&#8217;s\n  register. Every register enclosing wages payment details must be validated. \n  <\/td><td>\n  Notices concerning\n  wages, wage duration, wage period, payment detail, due wages, name, and\n  address of the inspector\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Tracking of contractor\n  responsibilities.\n  <\/td><td>\n  A copy of the said\n  notification must be shared with the inspector.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Ensure that the\n  contractor has taken due care of labour at the workplace by providing basic\n  amenities as per the CLRA norms. \n  <\/td><td>\n  Provide fundamental\n  amenities including first aid and canteen to all the workmen. \n  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Online_procedure_for_CLRA_license_renewal\"><\/span><strong>Online procedure for CLRA\nlicense renewal <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following is the online\nprocedure for CLRA License Renewal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Visits the state\u2019s labour\n     department.<\/li><li>Head to the menu bar\n     to select e-services. The portal will open the list of available services.<\/li><li>Tap on the Apply tab\n     placed near the option- Renewal of License for the contractor.<\/li><li>Agree to the terms\n     and conditions to open the login window.<\/li><li>Once the login page\n     prompts, enter the valid credential to get the portal&#8217;s access.<\/li><li>On the Dashboard,\n     head to the menu bar (left side) to click on the option for CLRA license\n     renewal. <\/li><li>On the following\n     window, enter the mandatory information like Form-V number and Licence\n     number.<\/li><li>Go to the Drop-down\n     menu to select Renewal of License and then tap on the submit button. <\/li><li>Next, upload the\n     mandatory documents in PDF format, and then click on Save. <\/li><li>The portal will open\n     the payment gateway for fee submission. <\/li><li>Post confirming the\n     payment, the portal will be redirected to the GRIPS portal, where the\n     applicant needs to address the rest of the formalities. <\/li><li>Download the payment\n     receipt for future reference.<\/li><li>Click on Upload Form\n     VII<\/li><li>Download the said\n     application for e-signing via Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)<\/li><li>Once done, upload the\n     form enclosing the digital signature onto the portal. <\/li><li>Finally, hit the\n     Submit tab. <\/li><li>After in-depth\n     vetting, the portal will generate CLRA license Renewal (Form-VI), which\n     the applicant can download with ease. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Details_to_be_entered_by_the_applicant_for_CLRA_License_Renewal\"><\/span><strong>Details to be entered by the\napplicant for CLRA License Renewal <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the details\nto be entered by the applicant for CLRA License Renewal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Detail of the contractor\nsuch as name, address, LIN number, email id, and contact number. <\/li><li>Number and date of the\nlicense <\/li><li>The expiration date of the\nlicense <\/li><li>Changes made to the\nworkman numbers for which the license is availed.<\/li><li>Amount of license fee,\nbank name, Demand draft number, and transaction number, if applicable. <\/li><li>Amount of security\ndeposit, Bank name, Demand Draft number, date, etc., if applicable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a class=\"text-primary\" href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/clra-registration-and-licensing\">CLRA license<\/a><\/strong> revolves around plenty of norms that\nmust be followed by the principal employer or contractor without fail.
