Dyes Intermediates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>PANEL \u2013 II:<\/em><\/strong> Basic\norganic and Inorganic Chemicals, Including agrochemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>PANEL \u2013 III: <\/em><\/strong>Toiletries,\nCosmetics, Soaps and Essential Oils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>PANEL \u2013 IV:<\/em><\/strong>\nSpeciality Chemicals, Castor oil and Lubricants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Categories_of_Members\"><\/span>Categories of Members<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nCouncil must have the following categories of members, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Associate Members<\/li><li>Ordinary Members<\/li><li>Registered Members <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Committee_of_Administration\"><\/span>Committee of Administration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Affairs\nof the Council are managed by a Committee that shall be the managing Body of\nthe Council. The Committee consists of elected members- Merchant Exporters &amp;\nManufacturer, Co-opted members &amp;Government Nominees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"CHEMICAL_Membership_Benefits\"><\/span>CHEMICAL Membership Benefits<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nfollowing are the listed CHEMEXIL membership benefits, they are:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Avail of various Government Export Promotional\nSchemes to participate in export promotion activities abroad.<\/li><li>Visa Recommendation letter from the Council for a\nbusiness visit abroad.<\/li><li>Receive trade Enquiries via E-Mail.<\/li><li>Professional advice on Exim Policy by experts<\/li><li>Issue of Registered cum Membership certificate<\/li><li>Issue of Non \u2013 Preferential certificate of origin<\/li><li>Act as an interface with the Government to Avail\nincentives quickly etc.<\/li><li>Provide free Assistance on Export Financing with\nVarious Institutions and banks.<\/li><li>The latest statistical information on India&#8217;s\nproduct exports is coming under this Council&#8217;s preview. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Essential_roles_of_CHEMEXCIL\"><\/span>Essential roles of CHEMEXCIL<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Participating in international exhibitions and\ninviting overseas delegations to India to promote our exports and establish\nlong-term strategic alliances.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>CHEMEXCIL is a Nodal agency set up by the Ministry\nof Commerce &amp; Industry for compliance with the legislation of the European\nUnion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Participating in the Review Meetings or Task Force\nMeetings being organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and to form strategies\nfor the promotion of export items coming under the ambit of the Council with\npresentations covering suggestions or views being received from its members.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Organizing Export Award Function to felicitate\nexceptional exporters on their exceptional export performance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In short, it&#8217;s &#8216;one contact point&#8217; List of Director\/Partners with their specimen signature and residential address on your Letter Heads in triplicate and duly attested.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Application for Registration as mentioned by the\nCouncil duly filled.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Copy of PAN Number<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If the Partner\/Director does not sign the application,\nhe has to submit the Power of Attorney given by the Director to act on their\nbehalf.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Renewal_of_Membership\"><\/span>Renewal of Membership<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/chemexcil-registration\"><strong>Chemexcil Registration<\/strong><\/a> Process is completed the department will issue the certificate which is valid for one year. Registered Member Exporter of the Council has to renew their membership every year by paying the prescribed fees as per the amount mentioned in the bill along with the original RCMC certificate.
