services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of the quality control device and testing facility available for the factory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of latest Electricity Bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article on quality control measurement adopted from the firm for ensuring the quality of raw material brought out product for assembly &amp; sub-assembly and in process &amp; finished products quality control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of kind of test report by Independent lab, where applicable, as mentioned in the relevant standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trading Account, audited Balance Sheet and Profit &amp; Loss Account for the last three years duly signed by the authorized in his seal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bankers report providing information on the financial status of the applicant firm according to Performa (draft at Annexure &#8216;E&#8217;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Details show the results of operation for the last three years duly signed by an authorized person in his seal (Annexure &#8216;C&#8217;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of PAN No. (Permanent Account Number)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documentary Proof of the Status\nof the Firms: NSIC Registration Checklist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following are the documentary proof of the\nstatus of the different Firms: NSIC Registration Checklist: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Additional&nbsp; essential documents to be submitted in case of Partnership Concerns:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>General Power of Attorney in favour of one of the Partners duly notarized as per Annexure &#8216;A&#8217; (1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Form &#8216;A&#8217; by Registrar of Firms showing the name of partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partnership Deed duly notarized.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Additional important documents to be submitted in case of LLP (Limited Liability Partnership):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Copy of incorporation document-Form 3 (LLP Agreement):- <\/strong>It is the main &amp; significant managerial and administrative document of an LLP and corresponds to the AOA &amp; MOA of any incorporated corporation. This essential document contains provisions, rules, &amp; regulations for managing and running the concerned LLP efficiently from the designated Partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of Form 2:- <\/strong>This shows the Map location of the main or registered offices of the LLP, information of the partners, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of Form 4:- <\/strong>It contains details about the appointments of the designated partners and their consents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of Form 11:- <\/strong>this is an annual return that is filed with the Registrar annually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of Form 8:- <\/strong>The details of account and solvency are in Form 8, signed by the designated partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General Power of Attorney according to Annexure A (1) in favour of the designated partners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the case of Limited Companies, it requires to submit some additional documents:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Certificate of Incorporation duly authenticated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name &amp; Addresses of sitting Directors and their shares &amp; holdings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MOA and AOA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Board Resolution according to Annexure A (2) in favour of the SignatorySignatory of the application &amp; documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In the case of Cooperative Societies, it requires submitting some additional documents:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Certificate of Registration of Societies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name &amp; address of members, and their share &amp; holding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Society&#8217;s Bye-Laws or Regulations etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Certificate by Registrar of Societies, which the Society is still functioning, and their working is satisfactory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information of movable and immovable property owned by the Society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information of authorized share capital &amp; subscribed share capital.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolution in favour of the Signatory of the application and documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolution of Society for seeking registration in government purchase program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Other_information_related_to_NSIC_Registration_Checklist\"><\/span>Other information related to\nNSIC Registration Checklist<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Declaration signed from the applicant MSE Unit\naccepting conditions of registration according to Annexure D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/bis\" title=\"BIS Registration\"><strong>BIS License<\/strong><\/a>, if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of raw materials &amp; finished products in\nstock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of Registration Certificate in the case\nregistered with other government organizations. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of ISO 9000 (it is optional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of locations where after-sales service\nfacilities (if needed) are available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A complete list of Machinery &amp; Plant is\nrequired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_for_getting_the_NSIC_Certificate\"><\/span>Procedure for getting the NSIC\nCertificate<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For obtaining an NSIC Certificate, an\napplicant needs to follow several steps as follows:-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: <\/strong>The MSME (applicant) needs to\nvisit the official website of NSIC to obtain a Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>To be registered for Single\nPoint Registration Applicant, MSMEs are required to register in MSME Data Bank\nusing PAN &amp; UAM Numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Fill in the essential\ninformation asked in the application form using PAN &amp; UAM Numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>The applicant shall submit the\napplication form with the essential documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5:&nbsp;\n<\/strong>Payment of a requisite fee to get the NSIC Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6: <\/strong>Once the payment is submitted\n&amp; confirmed, verify the documents from the authority, and the NSIC\nCertificate shall be sent through the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Advantages_of_NSIC_Registration\"><\/span>Advantages of NSIC Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following are the benefits of NSIC\nRegistration are-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enables\nthe allotment of Tenders Free of Cost: <\/strong>The advantage of the NSIC Registration\nis that it authorizes the allotment of tenders free of cost to granted MSMEs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assistance\nto MSMEs through Combining Various Support Services: <\/strong>NSIC helps in\nimplementing several integrated support services as regards Technology,\nFinance, Marketing, and other sorts of support to MSMEs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enhances\nthe Proficiency of MSMEs:<\/strong> In India, this undertakes a set of customized\nservices to enhance the proficiency of MSMEs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Free Form\nEarnest Money Deposits:<\/strong> MSMEs having NSIC Registration are not needed to\npay Earnest Money Deposits (EMD). It is taken by the bidder to guarantee his\nsincerity in the deal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relief in\nGovernment Tenders: <\/strong>Every MSMEs bidding for tenders within the price cap of\nL1 + 15 percent is permitted to supply up to 20 percent of the demand by\nlowering the price to L1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<strong>Progress of Small-Scale Industries: <\/strong>To\nuplift the Small-scale Industrial sector NSIC has reserved 358 products for\npurchase, particularly only from SSIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Validity_of_NSIC_Registration\"><\/span>Validity of NSIC Registration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Single\nPoint Registration NSIC Certificate issued to MSMEs remains valid for two years,\nand it can be renewed further by filing the renewal application.
