Types of companies are:-<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>LLP governed by LLP Act, 2008<\/li><li>Public Limited Company<\/li><li>One person company-OPC<\/li><li>Sole Partnership<\/li><li>Private Limited Company<\/li><li>Partnership firm<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Following this registration of the application, the recyclers are required to fill out Form II once they log in to the official site.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Form II includes\ninformation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Recyclers\u2019 Name and Address<\/li><li>Starting date of Manufacturing facility<\/li><li>Authorized person information<\/li><li>Number of workers in the facility<\/li><li>Consent certificate validity status\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Flow diagram of the production process<\/li><li>Details  of the Products and production capacity<\/li><li>Amount of waste generated during the process<\/li><li>Waste collection and transportation<\/li><li>The authorized status of disposal units<\/li><li>Occupational safety and health aspects etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>While filing the\napplication, the recyclers have to keep in mind the disclosure following\ngrounds:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Financial\n     Disclosure<\/li><li>Top\n     officials<\/li><li>Management<\/li><li>Drawing\n     agreements with third-parties<\/li><li>Time-based\n     compliances<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The recyclers also have to apply for the certificate for Consent under The <strong>Water Act and The Air (Prevention and Control) Act<\/strong><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/cpcb.nic.in\/water-pollution\/\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/sup> from State Pollution Control Board.
