The portal shall open the e-application. <\/li><li>Fill up the e-form and attested the following documentation;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>For proprietorship<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Particulars of Demand Draft or electronic payment of Rs 8850 in favour of EPCH payable at New Delhi. <\/li><li>Self Attested copy of DGFT-issued <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/iec-registration\"><strong>IEC certificate<\/strong><\/a> <\/li><li>Copy of Udhyam Aadhaar certificate in case of manufacturer cum exporter (this must be self-attested) <\/li><li>A self-declaration printed on the company&#8217;s letterhead confirming that the item listed in the Udhyam Aadhaar certificate includes handicrafts items<\/li><li>Duly signed code of conduct printed on the Rs. 10\/ stamp paper (it must enclose the signature of the concerned signatory)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>For\nPartnership<\/em><\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Particulars\nof Demand Draft or electronic payment of Rs 8850 in favour of EPCH payable at\nNew Delhi. <\/li><li>Self\nAttested copy of DGFT-issued IEC certificate <\/li><li>Copy\nof Udhyam Aadhaar certificate in case of manufacturer cum exporter (this must\nbe self-attested) <\/li><li>A\nself-declaration printed on the company&#8217;s letterhead confirming that the item\nlisted in the Udhyam Aadhaar certificate includes handicrafts items<\/li><li>Partnership\nDeed copy (attested by the notary)<\/li><li>List\nof partners printed on the company&#8217;s letterhead (One of the partners must\nattest the same)<\/li><li>Duly\nsigned code of conduct printed on the Rs. 10\/ stamp paper (it must enclose the\nsignature of the concerned signatory)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>For Private Limited Company or One Person\nCompany<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Particulars\nof Demand Draft or electronic payment of Rs 8850 in favour of EPCH payable at\nNew Delhi. <\/li><li>Self\nAttested copy of DGFT-issued IEC certificate <\/li><li>Copy\nof Udhyam Aadhaar certificate in case of manufacturer cum exporter (this must\nbe self-attested) <\/li><li>A\nself-declaration printed on the company&#8217;s letterhead confirming that the item\nlisted in the Udhyam Aadhaar certificate includes handicrafts items<\/li><li>List\nof active directors printed on the company&#8217;s letterhead. (Note: it must enclose\nthe signature of all directors) <\/li><li>Copy\nof DIN, i.e. Director Identification Number granted by the Ministry of\nCorporate Affairs. <\/li><li>Board\nresolution reflecting the consent of all key members regarding the company&#8217;s\ndecision to register under EPCH. <\/li><li>Self\nattested copy of MoA and AoA or incorporation certification <\/li><li>Duly\nsigned code of conduct printed on the Rs. 10\/ stamp paper (it must enclose the signature\nof the concerned signatory)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants can avail innumerable benefits after securing the EPCH membership in the manner mentioned above.
