Before initiation of any business in India, a License Number is required in order to be acquired from BIS. The ISI Certification for Mineral Water Plant ensures the product is\nsafe for human consumption and is of good quality. It is required to transfer each Obligatory Document as demanded by the BIS in the particular fields alongside each detail mandated in the Application. When every one of the required documentation and reports is transferred, the Applicant is expected to pay the required Registration Fees to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/bis-registration\">BIS Certification<\/a><\/strong> for final Submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Registration Fees compromises of \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Application Fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual License Fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection Fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marking Fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection of the Water Plant and Investigation of the Application <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After submission of the application to the BIS, The BIS\nauthorities will check and confirm each Product Test Report and documentation\nsubmitted by the Applicant. Likewise, the validity of the submitted Product Test\nReport is checked alongside the Test Results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the off chance that the BIS requires any explanation or\nextra Product Test Reports, they should be submitted before the date of\nInspection. When each of the submitted Product Test Reports and documentation fulfils\nthe requirements as stated by the Investigation Official, the BIS then verifies\nthe production and testing procedure in hard copy only upon conduction of a\nfinal on-site investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grant of License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After the conduction of the final on-site investigation, the\nInvestigation Official presents the Investigation Report to the Certification\nOfficial with their remarks for the issuance of the Certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Certification Official approves the submitted documentation\nalong with the Investigation Report submitted after conduction of the final\non-site Investigation. Henceforth, the Final License, i.e., ISI Certification\nfor Mineral Water Plant as a CM\/L (Certification of Manufacturing License)\nnumber, is granted to the Applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the grant of ISI Certification for Mineral Water Plant,\nthe producer can involve the ISI logo as a \u201cMark of Value Affirmation\u201d on its packaged\nproduct. The Applicant pays the Marking Fees to the BSI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the principal year, the stamping charges are paid ahead\nof time to the BSI. For successive years, the required Marking Fees is paid in\naccordance with the manufacturing figures done by the Producer in that specific\nyear. Additionally, the validity of the ISI Certification for Mineral Water\nPlant is for One Year. The candidate needs to apply for Renewal of the ISI\nCertification for Mineral Water Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure to obtain an ISI Certification for Mineral\nWater Plant can take up to four to 5 weeks minimum after submission of the\napplication.
