The FSSAI is a\ngovernment agency in India; FSSAI Registration is the legal procedure that is\nrequired for every Food Business Operator to obtain an FSSAI license\nregistration to ensure that food products sold are safe for human consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSSAI License is a 14-digit number that\nmust be printed on food packaging or displayed on-premises. This Login ID and Password\nwill help the applicant in filing the application form.<\/li><li>After\nLogin, two forms are available to select from.<\/li><li><strong>For Registration- Form A &amp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>For\nLicense-Form B <\/strong><\/li><li>After\nselecting the respective form, provide all the required details by filling the\nform accurately. Also, it is required to choose the food code for which you are\napplying.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note- Food Safety and Standards Authority\nof India has categorized the food and has specified Food codes for various food\nproducts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Attachment<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 After filing up the details required in\nthe application form, an applicant needs to attach the requisite documents\nlike-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Applicant I&#8217;d and address proof, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Business address proof (Lease\nDeed\/Rental Agreement etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. A Certificate of Incorporation in case\nof Company or a Partnership agreement in case of partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. Details of food products to be dealt\nwith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e. The period of validity is chosen by the Food Business Operator.<\/li><li>For every FBO, it is mandatory to renew the food license 30 days before the expiry of the existing permit.
