The criteria are not open to all. An individual must\nfulfill the given criteria to be eligible for the same. Identity Proof can be-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Aadhaar card, Passport,&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voter ID,&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Driving license or any such photo Identity proof.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Signed copy of the proof of residence of the applicant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GST Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aadhaar card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment certificate of the Agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application form for verification of antecedents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete Information and experience certificate of the concerned Authority used as a trainer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter for contracting out the Training facility with the detailed address of the training center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License fee by way of DD or Banker&#8217;s cheque in the name of respective controlling Authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affidavit as per requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents related to the applicant&#8217;s special qualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Process_of_obtaining_a_PSARA_license_in_UP_through_online_mode\"><\/span>Process of obtaining a PSARA license\nin UP through online mode<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps are required to obtain a PSARA license\nonline in UP or any city of India-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Arrnaging &amp; uploading\nnecessary documents required for a security agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The documents mentioned\nabove must be collected and uploaded for a PSARA license online.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing the Memorandum\nof Understanding with a recognized training institute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant needs to\nenter into a Memorandum of Understanding with a Government reputed training\nagency for facilitating training to its supervisors and guards. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant must\nprovide appropriate training for the security guards he works with.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The PSARA has particular\nqualification and disqualification criteria for the security guards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant must\nappoint professional supervisors to administer the work of the security guards.\nUsually, a person having experience of a minimum of 3 years with the army, or\nthe navy is given preference for the designation of a supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Police verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The applicant needs to\napply for police verification by filing&nbsp;<strong>Form-I; if<\/strong>&nbsp;the\napplicant is a company, firm, or group of persons, separate forms should be\nfiled for each director or partner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filing of application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application form needs to be filed with the PSARA\ncontrolling authority, and the same will be stepped after receiving the NOC\nfrom the concerned police authorities only. After due process, the Authority\nmay grant the PSARA license or reject the application by citing a valid reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application for a\nPSARA license can be made with the State Government of UP-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the Whole\nState,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For five districts, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For a single state.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Government_Fees_for_PSARA_License_in_UP\"><\/span>Government Fees for PSARA License in\nUP<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Whole Uttar Pradesh-Rupees Rs. 25,000\/-&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Five District of Uttar Pradesh-Rupees Rs. 10,000\/-&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One District of Uttar Pradesh-Rupees Rs. 5,000\/-&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the application process is done along with payment of\nrequisite fees, the applicant shall wait for approval by the Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Period of Approval-<\/strong>The process of approval varies from one state to another.\nCommonly, a period of up to 60 days is required to grant the PSARA license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Validity of PSARA License-<\/strong>The license shall be valid for five years except for the case\nwhere the permit gets canceled under subsection (1) of Section 13.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Renewal of PSARA License<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Usually, the PSARA License is valid for five years in all\nstates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Exception-The license in Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh is valid\nfor one year only.
