Every state\npollution control board has its application form, and it needs to fill specific\napplication forms on its respective website.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-2-<\/strong>The Application must submit the requisite information like&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Suggested pollution control plans,<\/li><li>Location details, and<\/li><li>Other registration documents from the Industry Department, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-3<\/strong>-After attaching the requisite documents, an applicant shall\nsubmit the Application to the respective authority such as General Manager,\nMember Secretary, Pollution Control Board, or Regional Officers of every State\nPollution Control Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-4-<\/strong>&nbsp;The State pollution control board is required to reply\nwithin four months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-5<\/strong>&#8211; The process of due diligence is performed by the authority of\nthe business premises. Based on the Due diligence, the SPCB-NOC is either\naccepted or rejected by the administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step-6-<\/strong>&nbsp;If the Application is accepted, an SPCB-NOC certificate is\nissued to the applicant.
