The Central ministry is planning to double the amount of PM-KISAN for the farmers. If this offer comes to effect, then their instalment of Rs 2000 will also escalate to Rs 4000. This decision is likely to come to effect by Diwali 2021.\u00a0<\/li><li>On the contrary, the beneficiaries of PM-KISAN can get the 10th instalment in the near future. In view of the recent media report, the Indian government has fixed rolling out the 10th instalment.\u00a0<\/li><li>All required arrangements have been made to release the instalment. Some reports suggested that the 10th instalment will find its way to the farmer&#8217;s account on December 15. Please note that the central ministry has transferred Rs 1.58 lakh crore to nearly crore farmers in pan <strong><em>India<\/em><\/strong><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/India\"><strong><em>[1]<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/sup>.<\/li><li>The farmers who wish to avail themselves of the scheme&#8217;s benefits need to register themselves on or before October 30, 2021. If somehow the last instalment doesn&#8217;t find its way to the beneficiary&#8217;s account, such an individual will get the preceding amount along with the next instalment. The last date of registration is October 30, 2021. The interested candidate can visit the official portal PM Kisan and apply<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligible_criteria_about_the_Pradhan_Mantri_Kisan_Samman_Nidhi\"><\/span>Eligible criteria about the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman\nNidhi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All land holding farmer families (subject to\nthe prominent exclusion criteria) are eligible to avail of this scheme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The following class of beneficiaries with the strong financial background are not covered under the scheme.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>All Institutional Landholders<\/li><li>Farmer families in which one or\nmore of its members covered under the given categories&nbsp;<\/li><li>Erstwhile and prevailing holder\nof the constitutional posts<\/li><li>Erstwhile and prevailing\nMinisters\/ State Ministers &amp; former\/present LokSabha or RajyaSabha\nmembers\/State Legislative Assemblies\/ State Legislative Councils, Erstwhile\n&amp; present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, erstwhile &amp; present\nDistrict Panchayats&#8217; chairperson.&nbsp;<\/li><li>All active or past employees of\nCentral\/ State Government Ministries\/ Departments\/ Offices &amp; its field\nunits State or Central PSEs &amp; government-backed Autonomous Institutions\/\nAttached offices &amp; officials of the local agencies (excluding Multitasking\nStaff\/Group D officers\/Class IV)&nbsp;<\/li><li>All retired pensioners whose\nmonthly pension is equal to or more than Rs.10,000\/-(excluding Multitasking\nStaff\/Group D officers\/Class IV) of the aforementioned category<\/li><li>All eligible taxpayers who paid\ntheir taxes in the preceding assessment year<\/li><li>Professionals like Engineers,\nDoctors, advocates, CAs, &amp; Architects registered with concerned\ninstitutions.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Benefits_available_under_PM-KISAN_scheme\"><\/span>Benefits available under PM-KISAN scheme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this scheme, all families of the\nlandholding farmers shall have access to monetary benefit worth Rs 6000\/annum\nper family, payable three equivalent instalments of Rs 2000 each, every\nquarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_apply_for_the_PM-KISAN_scheme\"><\/span>How to apply for the PM-KISAN scheme?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The eligible farmers can opt for this scheme\nby applying with the village Patwaris, designated officers, revenue officials\nand submitting their requested detail to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farmer can approach the nearby Common\nService Centres (aka CSCs) for registration and apply accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details enclosed for scheme registration\ninclude basic details such as Name, Age, Category, Aadhaar number. In case of\nthe non-availability of the Aadhaar card, the applicant can submit DL, Voted\nID, NREGA Job Card, or other documents accorded by relevant government\nagencies.
