IEC is a ten-digit identification code that helps exporters to address legal formalities related to the exportation of goods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>DGFT grants the IEC against an online form and the following documents<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Individual\u2019s or Firm\u2019s copy of PAN Card.<\/li><li>Individual\u2019s Aadhar or passport copy.<\/li><li>Individual\u2019s&nbsp;or Firm\u2019s cancel cheque issued by the bank against\ncurrent bank accounts.<\/li><li>Copy of Rent Agreement or Electricity Bill Copy of the premise.<\/li><li>An envelope (enclosing applicant\u2019s address) for delivery of Import\nExport Certificate by registered post.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">License from Coffee Board of India<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Coffee Board of India grants Export Permits as per the Rule 44(2)\nCoffee Act 1942 amended over times along with COI (Certificate of Origin) to\nthe registered exporter against their application for coffee export. The\nregistered exporter needs to visit the official portal, viz \u201cindie coffee\u201d and\nfile Export Permit Application (EPA) for securing Export Permit (Form-C) &amp;\nCertificate of Origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The registered exporter shall furnish the post-shipment\ndocumentation on coffee export against each export permits secured by them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post-shipment documents such as bill of lading, copies of export\npermits, certificate of origin (COO) duly sanctioned by the relevant Custom\nDepartments, along with other details such as Freight on Board value etc.,\nshall be furnished to the Coffee Board within 45 days from the date of issuance\nof export permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>After securing all these licenses, you would become eligible to\nconduct cross-border trading of coffee from India.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The coffee board of India is taking every possible major to garner a credible reputation for Indian exporters in the international market.
