It encompasses hotel, eating house, cafe, restaurant, theatre, or other amusement places. It can be availed offline or online.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>For obtaining such certification via online mode, the shop owner\nmust visit the online portal of the State Labour Department.<\/li><li>The shop owner must fill the e-form for the registration under the\nShop &amp; Establishment Act, upload the requested documents, and pay the\nstandard fees. The fees for such a license differ state-wise. After the\nsuccessful validation of the registration form, the shop and establishment\ncertificate will be granted to the applicant.<\/li><li>On the contrary, those who wish to avail the certificate offline\nneed to file and submit an application to the Chief Inspector of the concerned\narea and the standard fees. The validity of this certificate varies\nstate-wise.
