food\nlicense is available under three major heads as given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Basic food Registration (mainly issued to petty food businesses)<\/li><li>State FSSAI license (Availed by FBOs right menu and select the new application. <\/li><li>Further, an e-form will be displayed on your screen where you need to render the details such as firm&#8217;s name, type of License, annual turnover, and so on.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Post submitting aforesaid details and saving the same; the portal will open the new page where you need to upload mandatory documents such as FSMS, Rent deed, incorporation certificate, Aadhaar of partners, water test report, premise photographs, so on and so forth. <\/li><li>On the last page, you will require to impart your consent to the declaration form. The FSSAI usually takes 7 to 10 days to process the application. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Prerequisites_Regarding_Basic_FSSAI_Registration\"><\/span>Prerequisites Regarding Basic FSSAI Registration <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>FSSAI Registration is mandated for all the FBOs, including petty food businesses. Other conditions include a manufacturing facility\nwith a production capacity of 2 Metric Tons\/day and dairy units with a production\ncapacity of up to 5000l\/day. <\/li><li>3-star hotels and above,\nrelabelling units, repackers, clubs, catering business regardless of their\nturnover need to get this License. The service life of the state license is\nmaxed out five years. <\/li><li>The Central Food license\nmust be obtained by those FBOs generating an annual revenue of more than Rs. 20\ncrores &amp; operating in multiple states. <\/li><li>All exporters &amp;\nimporters dealing with Food items must get this License. These officials\nreport their findings in terms of the level of compliances being followed by\nthe concerned FBOs.
