It has been introduced as a part of the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"shadow1\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> \u201cGovernment to slash the requirements &amp; time taken to start a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/producer-company-registration\"><strong>Producer Company Registration <\/strong><\/a>application was filed with <strong>MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs)<\/strong><sup><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mca.gov.in\/\">[1]<\/a><\/sup> via a pdf form Known as SPICE form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Ease of Doing business (EoDB) Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has launched the new web-based Form<strong><em> SPICE PLUS<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spice_Plus_Form\"><\/span>Spice Plus Form<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>SPICE PLUS form is a web integrated form which provides us with several types of services namely, <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Name reservation of the Company<\/li><li>Allotment of DIN (Director Identification Number) for Directors<\/li><li>Issuance of PAN (Permanent Account Number)<\/li><li>Issuance TAN(Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number) <\/li><li>ESIC (Employees\u2019 State Insurance Corporation)<\/li><li>registration for EPFO (Employees\u2019 Provident Fund Organisation)<\/li><li>Profession tax Registration for the State of Maharashtra<\/li><li>Bank Account Opening of a Company<\/li><li>Allotment of GSTIN (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure\"><\/span><strong>Procedure<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The services provided are in two parts namely,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part A- It deals with Name Reservation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part B- It deals with Other Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicant can apply INC-9.<\/li><li>The form will be easier and web-based.<\/li><li>Opening of Bank Account facility will be available through the <strong><em>AGILE-PRO<\/em><\/strong> link in the web form.<\/li><li>&nbsp;It also gives the facility of registering for the EPFO and ESIC.<\/li><li>In-State of Maharashtra<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/professional-tax-registration\"> professional tax Registration<\/a><\/strong> is mandatory.<\/li><li>RUN facility will be available only for changing in the Name of Existing Company.&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Key_Highlights\"><\/span><strong>Key Highlights<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The government had also tied up with eight banks to assist newly registered businesses apply for bank accounts at the time of incorporation<\/li><li>Incorporation of companies for names reserved with the existing RUN service can continue to be filed in the existing SPICe form along with related linked forms as applicable and if marked under resubmission shall be resubmitted in SPICe form.<\/li><li>Spice Forms marked under resubmission prior to the date of deployment of SPICe plus web form shall be filed with existing Spice Forms as applicable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Declaration in form INC -9 will be submitted electronically in pdf format, which should be certified by a professional like a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant or Company Secretary.
