For Udyog Aadhaar registration, an applicant must have Aadhaar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Further, an applicant should follow the following requisite steps for Udyog Aadhaar registration:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>An applicant shall log on to the official website. For referral- <a href=\"https:\/\/udyamregistration.gov.in\/UdyamRegistration.aspx\"><strong>https:\/\/udyamregistration.gov.in\/UdyamRegistration.aspx<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>An applicant shall enter the requisite details in the mentioned form  along with the Aadhaar details and Name of the Applicant.<\/li><li>After, filling the requisite details, click on Validate and Generate OTP and enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number.<\/li><li>&nbsp;An applicant will be redirected to the form, upon successful verification.<\/li><li>An entity has to provide the following genuine information:<\/li><li>Name of Enterprise\u2019 and \u2018Type of Organization\u2019, \u2018Main Business Activity\u2019, Total investment and District entity number.<\/li><li>Once completed, recheck the details to ensure that the details filed are accurate<\/li><li>Scroll to the bottom and click on \u2018Submit\u2019.<\/li><li>Another OTP is received on your registered mobile number.<\/li><li>Click the \u2018Submit\u2019 button to complete the application procedure.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"shadow1\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> There is no Udyog Aadhaar fee, and an applicant can download the Udyog Aadhaar certificate only upon successful registration.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Particulars_Required_for_Udyog_Aadhaar\"><\/span>Particulars Required for Udyog Aadhaar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Below\nmentioned information and documents are required for completing the Udyog\nAadhar registration process-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Particulars of the\nApplicant (Name and Aadhaar details)<\/li><li>Document required as a\nproof for social category<\/li><li>Name of the entity.<\/li><li>Type of entity and\nbusiness activity<\/li><li>Address Proof and\nDetails of Bank Account<\/li><li>NIC Code or National\nIndustrial Classification Code<\/li><li>Number of workers\ncurrently working in the organization<\/li><li>Contact number and\ne-mail ID of the Applicant.<\/li><li>PAN number and the\ntotal investment made in the entity<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Correction of Wrong details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Udyog Aadhaar is received, there could\nbe a possibility of mistakes with the Udyog Aadhar details. In case any error\nhas occurred during the process of registration, there is a simple process\nthrough which an applicant can get rid of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new provision has been introduced by the Ministry\nof MSME, which allows applicants to edit the Udyog Aadhar Memorandum, where the\napplicant can easily update or edit the information on Udyog Aadhar by\nfollowing few steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_Udyog_Aadhaar_Memorandum\"><\/span>What is Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum is a single-page and\nself-certification registration form, where an applicant can disclose the\nparticulars related to the business, i.e. Existence of the entity, Details of\nthe Bank account, Particulars of the Applicant (Promoter) and other requisite\ndetails. The fee is exempted by the government for filing the Udyog Aadhaar\nMemorandum. After submission of the Application, Udyog Aadhaar Acknowledgement\nwill be generated, and the same shall be sent to the email address provided in\nthe UAM, which would contain unique <strong>Udyog\nAadhaar Number (UAN)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before\nMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006) came in\nforce, The Applicant who already holds an <strong>Entrepreneurship Memorandum-I <\/strong>or <strong>Entrepreneurship Memorandum-II<\/strong> or both,\nor holding the Small-Scale Industry registration, are not required to file\nUdyog Aadhaar Memorandum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"shadow1\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> For filing multiple UAMs, there is no restriction on using the same Aadhaar Number.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Udyog_Aadhaar_registration_fee\"><\/span>Udyog Aadhaar registration fee <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In India, filing Udyog Aadhaar registration is\nthe only form of registration for MSMEs and SMEs, and there is no fee for\nfiling the Udyog Aadhar Memorandum. The process can be simply done on the\nportal created by the Authority, and no fee is charged for the purpose. The\napplicant can simply apply for Udyog Aadhaar registration without any\nassistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Udyog Aadhaar registration is a simple and less time taking process for registering the MSMEs and SMEs with no registration fees.
