filing applications.<\/li><li>Helping FBOs to understand procedure, norms, processes, &amp; liabilities.<\/li><li>Advise the FBOs to get rid of non-compliance &amp; wrong declarations with the guidelines.<\/li><li>Charging legitimate fees from clients. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transparency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Food Safety Mitra is accountable for ensuring transparency with in its services. While applying on behalf of FBOs, FSMs should enclose their unique identification number on every service rendered by them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FBOs should get information about the Service charges. There must be a proper system in place that ensures proper sharing of receipts &amp; acknowledgments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSMs are not entitled to act as FSSAI\u2019s\nrepresentatives. They have been prohibited from performing such activities as\nper FSSAI\u2019s guidelines. Strict actions will be taken against the FSMs who\npretend to manifest themselves as the officers of FSSAI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The FSMs must ensure unmatched quality standards when it comes to application filing, training and audit.      <\/li><li>FSMs will ensure the quality by being responsive, informed, &amp; accessible to their client FBOs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancellation_of_Food_Safety_Mitra_Certification\"><\/span>Cancellation of Food Safety Mitra Certification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The security deposit worth Rs 5k will\nbe charged from the FSM during the certification time.
