Here you need to use your credential to log into the portal.&nbsp;<\/li><li>On the subsequent page, head to the left bottom to click on the \u201cApply Online\u201d tab.<\/li><li>Next, scroll down to the bottom of the next window and tap on the option stating\u201d Click here for complete partially filled FCRA Renewal Application\u201d.<\/li><li>The new window shall appear on your screen. Here, go to the top menu and click \u201cAssociation Details\u201d. This will lead you to a blank form.<\/li><li>Fill all the mandatory field with valid information and then click on the \u201cUpdate. Note: You will come across an auto-fill amount related to the financial contribution received during the last three years. Ensure that the amount filed in the annual return of those FY and the amount reflected in the FCRA report matches each other.<\/li><li>Similarly, tap on the \u201cExecutive Committee\u201d and fill it in accordingly. Don\u2019t forget to provide the Aadhaar of the functionaries as it is a mandate. Here you can add a new member as well.<\/li><li>Once done, tap on the \u201cUpdate\u201d tab and open the \u201cEC details &amp; others\u201d from the top menu.<\/li><li>Make the required entries and changes, and then click Save Data located on the left bottom of the page.<\/li><li>After that, open the \u201cBank Detail\u201d from the top menu and fill it in accordingly. Click \u201cUpload Data\u201d on the same page once you were done with the changes.<\/li><li>Do the same treatment with the \u201cUtilization Account\u201d (located on the top menu) and then tap on the \u201cSave Data\u201d.<\/li><li>Next, head to the top menu and select the \u201cUpload Doc\u201d option. Here you need to upload the following documents.<ul><li>Signature of Chief Functionary.<\/li><li>Seal of the Association<\/li><li>Trust Deed\/ MOA<\/li><li>Copy of FCRA registration certification.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After uploading the documents above, click on the \u201cFinal Submit\u201d from the top menu to provide your consent to the declaration. While doing so, make sure to provide a place and date as well.
