Below we have discussed all the licenses in a subsequent\nmanner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A basic FSSAI registration is\naccessible to small business owners whose annual turnover falls below the INR\n12 lakhs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">State License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All the FBOs, i.e., Food Business Operators whose annual turnover is above Rs 12 lakh, can avail of <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/fssai-state-license\"><strong>FSSAI State licens<\/strong><\/a>e from FSSAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Central License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/central-fssai-license\"><strong>Central FSSAI license<\/strong><\/a> is only accessible to business owners having an annual turnover exceeding Rs 20 crores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_to_Register_Food_Business_Online_on_FoSCoS\"><\/span>Procedure to Register Food Business Online on FoSCoS<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Head over to FSSAI online portal, viz FoSCoS, by entering the following URL in the web browser <em>&nbsp;foscos.fssai.gov.in <\/em><\/li><li>On the subsequent window, click on the tab, viz \u201cClick here for FoSCoS.\u201d<\/li><li>On the top-right corner, click Sign in<\/li><li>On the Sign-up window, provide details such as Applicant Name, Email id, contact number, Login ID, password.<\/li><li>Once done, enter the Captcha, flashing on the screen in the given field, and finally hit the Sign-Up button.<\/li><li>Next, the portal will prompt you to enter the verification code sent on your registered contact details.<\/li><li>Click Submit once you enter the said code.<\/li><li>Next, tap on the Login button, and the portal will then direct you to the User Sign up windows.<\/li><li>In the User Sign up window, enter a username, password, and Captcha. Once done, click on the Signup button.<\/li><li>On the Dashboard, navigate to the left panel and click on the License\/Registration tab. As the drop-down menu unfold, tap on the option called \u201cApply for new license\/registration.<\/li><li>On the next window, select the state from the drop-down menu where the business is located.<\/li><li>Now on the same screen, select the type of business you are dealing with from the options aligned horizontally.<\/li><li>If you are dealing with a retail food business, click on the \u201cTrade\/Retail\u201d option.<\/li><li>On the same screen, select \u201cRetailer\u201d from the vertically aligned list.<\/li><li>Select the valid Turnover detail under the Retailer option and then click \u201cProceed.\u201d<\/li><li>On the next window, click on the option, viz \u201cClick here to apply for registration for all business.\u201d The portal will then flashes a web-form application, viz Form A, on the screen.<ul><li>Form A seeks the following details from the applicant<\/li><li>Name of the applicant\/company<\/li><li>Designation<\/li><li>Address of the business premises<\/li><li>Correspondence address<\/li><li>Contact details<\/li><li>Validity period<\/li><li>Name of food category<\/li><li>Other relevant details such as the source of water supply, declaration for power consumption in the plant, etc<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After filling in the details above, click on \u201cSave &amp; Next.\u201d<\/li><li>The following page shall prompt you to upload the required document and photo in a valid format such as .jpeg, .png, .jpg, etc.<\/li><li>Place a checkmark in the declaration section and then proceed to payment by clicking the \u201cPay\u201d option.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The above mention process is for the basic registration.
