It also encompasses those companies which actively market the food items or delivers the same at the customer&#8217;s doorstep. And lastly, the businesses\nwhose annual income is more than Rs 20 lakhs can apply for the Central license.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"TransferChangesAlteration_in_the_Food_License\"><\/span>Transfer\/Changes\/Alteration in the Food License<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The alteration of the\nFSSAI License is only possible through a predetermined legal procedure.\nFundamentally, it seeks the submission of an application to alter the FSSAI\nLicense or Registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FSSAI license can be\npassed to any family member or a legal representative of the deceased holder in\nthe event of the demise of the FSSAI license holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such an event, the\nfamily member or a legal agent must approach the concerned authority and demand\nthe certificate&#8217;s transfer by making a relevant application. The authority may\nor may not accept the application post verification.
