In such cases, the individual has to\nsubmit the TM-13 form along with fees of Rs 5000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the application is approved, the registrar shares the\ntrademark in the trademark journal to invites objections from individual who\nhas reason to believe that the trademark should not be renewed. If the\nregistrar does not receive any objections in the given time frame then the mark\nwill find its way to the register of the trademark.
