Thus after the expiry of the license, a broker\/brokerage&nbsp;firm\nor company cannot continue its business.&nbsp;So you require filing a renewal\napplication 30 days before the validity expires.<\/li><li>However, the brokerage firm\ncannot be able to make new clients and can assist only their existing clients.\nThe renewal application is similar to the new application filed by the\ninsurance brokerage company for a license. The said application must be\naccording to the Form K of Schedule I.<\/li><li>In case, the application for the renewal of a\nlicense is made before the concerned authority after the expiration date of the\nstipulated period, then a late fine of INR 100 must be charged. Suppose\nan&nbsp;application for the same in making with a delay, and then an amount of\nINR 750 needs to be paid extra.<\/li><li>If you exceed the 60 days bar\nas well, the application will be considered after 1 year. And during this\nperiod of one year, the insurance broker will not conduct any form of business.\nSuppose the renewal application gets rejected, then it has to be notified in\nthe&nbsp;insurance brokerage applicant.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Concluding_Remark\"><\/span>Concluding Remark<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The insurance Brokerage industry is an association of well-wishers\u2019 of the insurance company and the general public.
